Nominacije za MTV video muzičke nagrade za 2022. objavljene su u SAD u utorak, a Jack Harlow, Kendrick Lamar i Lil Nas X prednjače sa po sedam nominacija.

Obožavaoci mogu da učestvuju i glasaju za svoje omiljene zvezde u 22 rodno neutralne kategorije, uključujući video godine, umetnika godine, najbolju saradnju i dve potpuno nove kategorije: najbolji video u dugom formatu i najbolju izvedbu metaverza.

VMA 2022. će se emitovati uživo iz Prudential centra u Nju Džersiju u nedelju, 28. avgusta u 20 časova po Američkom vremenu iliti u 5 časova u noć po našem vremenu.
